My name is Patty Dennison, and I am currently an aspiring chef at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Currently, I am on externship working at DB Bistro Moderne in New York, NY.
I grew up in Lilburn, Georgia, where I first discovered my love of cooking. As a child, I was always in the kitchen with my mom, "helping" until I was old enough to actually be put to work. In high school, I went to tech school part-time, where I began to refine the skills that my mom had first introduced me to.

Now that I'm in culinary school, my passion for food has only grown, and I look forward to using this blog to share that with others.




My sister Katie will be helping me with some of the text, editing, and design with the blog. She is currently a middle school special education teacher in the Bronx.
